What the audit is

In a couple of hours we map how an order travels from enquiry to dispatch, find the few places where visibility and coordination break down, and turn that into a short, practical report.

How it works (remote-first)
The whole audit is done over a video call, so there is no waiting for a site visit and no travel cost.
- Book a slot. A two to three hour call with you and whoever runs production.
- Walk me through it. You show me the shop on a phone or webcam and how you track jobs today.
- I analyse and write it up. You get the report within a week.
- We talk it through. A short call to go over the findings and the recommended next step.
If an on-site visit ever makes more sense, we can arrange one, but for most workshops the remote audit is faster and just as clear. Being able to review your whole production flow without setting foot in the building is, in fact, exactly the kind of visibility we help you build.
What it costs
A fixed fee of EUR 450 (Ireland and UK) or 1,900 zl (Poland). No open-ended consulting hours, no surprises.
If you decide to go further with us within 60 days, the full audit fee is credited toward the work. So if you move ahead, the audit effectively costs you nothing.
Who this is for
This audit is a good fit if you:
- run made-to-order or small-batch production

- have outgrown those but do not want the cost and disruption of full ERP
It is not the right fit if you:
- are a one-person workshop where one person holds every job in their head
- run high-volume, repetitive production that is already well systemised
- need full ERP finance and accounting modules

How long does it take? Two to three hours of your time on a call, then the report within a week.
Do you need to come on site? No. It is done remotely by default. On-site is available if you prefer.
Is it really fixed price? Yes. EUR 450 / 1,900 zl, credited in full if you go further within 60 days.
What if we do not need software? Then the report will say so and give you process fixes instead. An honest answer is the point.
