Care Plan

Keep your system working, and keep it improving

A system earns its place only if it keeps running and keeps up with how your business changes. Things break, tools around it update, and there is always a small improvement that would make a real difference. A Care Plan gives you a fixed monthly arrangement for support, monitoring and changes, so you always have someone who knows your setup and can act on it, without chasing one-off quotes every time.

Choose a Care Plan

The problem this solves

Most small manufacturers do not have an in-house developer. So when the production system has a problem, or needs a small change, it either waits, gets patched badly, or turns into a stressful scramble to find help who does not know your setup.

The result is software that slowly drifts out of step with the business, until people quietly go back to spreadsheets. A Care Plan stops that drift. Your system stays healthy, supported and improving, by someone who already knows how it is built.

What is included

  • Support. A direct line for problems and questions, answered by someone who knows your system.
  • Monitoring and upkeep. Keeping the system healthy, applying updates, and catching issues before they bite.
  • A monthly allowance for changes. Time set aside each month for the small improvements that keep the system fitting your business.
  • Continuity. No re-explaining your setup to a new contractor every time. We hold the context.

The plans

Plan Best for What you get Monthly
Essential Keeping a stable system healthy Support, monitoring, minor fixes €150
Plus Systems that keep evolving Everything in Essential, plus a few hours of changes each month €400
Priority Systems central to the business Everything in Plus, plus priority response and roadmap input Custom

Prices are starting points; we will recommend the plan that fits how much your system is changing. You can move between plans as your needs change.

How it works

  1. Pick a plan that matches how active your system is.
  2. We hold your context, your setup, your integrations, your priorities.
  3. You raise issues and requests, and we handle them within the plan, no per-task quoting for covered work.
  4. You get a regular check-in, so improvements are planned, not just reactive.

Who this is for

A Care Plan is a good fit if you:

  • run a Board setup, an integration, or a custom system we built
  • do not have an in-house developer to keep it healthy
  • want predictable support costs instead of one-off quotes
  • want the system to keep improving, not just keep running

If your system is brand new, a Care Plan is the natural next step once it is live and adopted.

Common questions

Do I need a Care Plan? Not strictly, but software without upkeep drifts out of step with the business, and small problems get expensive when there is nobody who knows the system. A plan keeps it healthy and keeps the cost predictable.

Can I change plan? Yes. Move up or down as your needs change.

What if I need more than my plan covers in a month? Larger pieces of work are quoted separately, but day-to-day support and small changes are covered.

Does this cover Board subscriptions? The Board subscription is separate. The Care Plan covers support, upkeep and changes to your setup and any custom or integration work.

Keep your system in good hands

Software is only worth it if it keeps working. Pick a Care Plan and always have someone who knows your system and can keep it improving.
